Bar Mitzvah Mitzvah - Ben Stoltzman

For my Mitzvah Project, I decided to use my talent and love for swimming to raise funds for the Sunflower Fund and Project Flamingo. The event was a 1 km Open Water swim in Elgin. Through sponsorship I raised R2 000 and in total R65 178 was raised. It feels good to know that my swim benefitted people in need. I may well have swum this event, but not have thought as deeply about it without my Bar Mitzvah.
