Leo de Beer - Mitzvah Project

Leading up to my Barmitzvah, you have to do something called, “a mitzvah project,” which is a project that is meant to help a cause. I have chosen to work with Oscars Ark, a doggy adoption centre. Every Sunday for 6 weeks I spent my afternoon there looking after the dogs. It was a great experience, ( except cleaning up their leftovers). I really recommend helping them out, even if you don’t generally like dogs.
